Aurora Heat offers free shipping to most areas of Canada and the US on order subtotals over $250. The free shipping minimum is calculated before tax and after discounts are applied. Some areas of Canada and the US do not qualify for free shipping services. You will be notified upon order placement if you do not qualify.

DÉLAIS DE TRAITEMENT ET D'EXPÉDITION

All orders are processed in our workshop within 3-6 business days.  Thereafter, mail is brought to the local Post Office and each tracked package receives an estimated shipping time provided by Canada Post. Usually, estimated shipping is 10-15 business days. An email with tracking information will be sent once your order is on its way. 
Keeping jobs in the small, remote community of Fort Smith, Northwest Territories, means shipping times are a day or so longer than from a major center. We assure you that the extra wait will be well worth it as our products offer warmth for 10+ years, and counting!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer worldwide shipping via DHL Express. Please proceed to checkout for an estimated shipping cost to your shipping address.

Please note that the customer is responsible for any duties, taxes, and other local importation charges for overseas orders. International orders have a slightly longer turnaround time with 1-2 business days processing time. Shipping times are provided via DHL and are estimated based on your shipping address at checkout.

We cannot be responsible for any costs of returning products from outside North America. Please note we will accept returns, but shipping and other charges will be the customer's responsibility. See more about our Return Policy here.
