Free Shipping (Canada & U.S.)
We offer free shipping on orders over $300 CAD to most locations in Canada and the United States. This minimum is based on your subtotal before tax and after discounts. If your address falls outside a free-shipping region, you’ll be notified at checkout.

International Shipping
Aurora Heat ships internationally. Rates and timelines vary depending on the destination and will appear at checkout. Free shipping does not extend to regions outside Canada and the U.S.

Shipping Options
For small Canadian orders, Untracked Letter Mail is the most affordable option. Because it doesn’t include tracking or insurance, choosing it means accepting the possibility of delays or non-delivery. For peace of mind, we suggest selecting a tracked option.

Processing & Shipping Times
Our team in Fort Smith, Northwest Territories prepares each order with care. Processing usually takes 3–6 business days.
Tracked shipments include delivery estimates once they’re accepted by the postal service.
Untracked Letter Mail does not offer tracking, and outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping from a small northern community can take a little longer than from urban centers — and we’re grateful for your patience and support.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer worldwide shipping via DHL Express and Canada Post. Please proceed to checkout for an estimated shipping cost to the shipping address.

Please note that the customer is responsible for any duties, taxes, and other local importation charges for overseas orders. Shipping times are estimated based on your shipping address at checkout.
