We offer a 30-day product happiness guarantee. In the event you are unsatisfied with your item, you will have 30 days after receiving it to request a return.

Pour pouvoir être retourné, votre article doit être dans un état similaire à celui dans lequel vous l'avez reçu, légèrement porté ou inutilisé. Vous aurez également besoin du reçu ou de la preuve d'achat.

To start a return, please contact us via our contact form. If your return is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label at no cost and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. Items accepted for exchanges must be unused. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost to send back the item for exchange. To initiate an exchange, please get in touch with us through our contact form. Once we receive your returned item, we will process a refund for the item and notify you via email.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, for the cost of the product(s) you returned.  You will not be refunded for the original shipping cost of us getting your order to you.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
